Changing Unix line-endings to Windows line-endings

I have a text file in a windows environment that has unix line endings (0D). I know I can do a File \ Save As to change the line endings...but is there also a way to change the line endings before I save the file (a regex find and replace command I could have used)?

Hi Michael,

The only way to replace line endings in Cirrus is with File | Save As.
