Something to consider for V 3.1:
Copying files to Amazon S3 low-cost online storage service:

Thanks for the suggestion. This has been brought up a few times before, and is something we'd like to look into at a later date.

If you can bind the S3 as a drive on your computer, then Beyond Compare may/should (depending on how well the 3rd party implemented it) use the S3 drive.

I'm not aware of any local drive emulators for S3.

We have had some customers try Jungle Disk:
http://www.scootersoftware.com/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=0&Board=general&Number=8786

It is not supported, and seems to have some misc issues. If you wanted to give it a try and let us know how it works, feel free. There may well be other products that do similar things as well.

Thanks, Aaron, I'll give it a try.
