Data Viewer and fields with CRs

Hello:

We're using the Data Viewer to compare DOS CR/LF CSV files with CRs within quote delimited string fields. The CRs break up the fields, such that some rows have different numbers of fields. M$oft Excel actually imports the CSVs correctly.

Any chance you could do some testing to see if there is a bug?

Has anyone been able to compare such files successfully using the Data Viewer?

The current Data Viewer doesn't support line breaks inside records, even if they are delimited inside quotes.

I'll add this to our wish list for a future release of the Data Viewer.
