This would be a killer feature ; I suggest you contact these guys about getting a pay-for plugin done for BC2. It would widen their audience and add a much appreciated feature to yours (I prefer your code merging, but their visual HTML diff is a unique feature, as far as I can tell).

HTML Match looks interesting, but the company that makes it also makes a competitor to Beyond Compare, so I doubt we'll integrate with them.

Another thought. You might be able to launch HTML Match from BC using BC's context menu Open With command. You can configure an Open With command in the Open With section of Tools|Options.
