Sorting out the differences...

When doing comparisons and eliminating differences, for example by copying from one side to the other, the block is still shown as being different.
I would like some 'immediate feedback' here, as in the directory-comparisons. (Of course I could save and re-compare, but with FTP for example this sometimes takes a while and also I prefer to edit files in one go and then save the merged end-result..)

Is there an option that I did not notice or any tweak to to this behaviour?

This behavior isn't configurable. In the current version of BC, the color changes to indicate unsaved changes, but BC doesn't compare the changes until the files are saved or reloaded.

This behavior will likely change to what you're looking for in our next major release.
