Default tab behavior for Visual Basic files

If there are no oppositions from the beta community, please change the default Visual Basic tab options to use spaces instead of tabs, and to set the indent to 4 spaces. Thanks.

Not that I use VB - but can you explain why? I'm curious.

Because that is the Microsoft Visual Studio default.
