Command line: log append not working

Build 442, WinXP

The "append" option for the "log" command has no effect. The log file is overwritten, instead of being appended to.

The "append" option worked properly in BC2.

I verified that the same issue is present on Linux (MEPIS 6.0).

Thanks for the bug report. I verified this on my own system with build 442. I will add it to our bug list to be fixed.
