I use B.C. 227. I just changed the font to courier, to have fixed size characters. Now, when I start B.C. to compare a folder with a ftp site, in the "Modified" column I see only the date, not the time. To see it, I have to enlarge the column, dragging its left side to the left. I would like to be able to use a system such as that offered by excel. I would like to be able to double click between two column headers, and have B.C. auto enlarge or shrink the column to fit it to the size of its content. I would like to see a horizontal scrolling bar, if all the columns together occupy too much space. Another feature that so far I did not see in any other software. If I use this system to auto size a column, whose title is for example "VeryMuchLongTitle" and this column contains lines with "a"; "b"; "c" and so on (so very short names), the title becomes something like "V...". I would like to have a autofit system, that considers not only the size of the content of a column, but also the size of its title.
