Where are the Rules and File Extensions kept?

I have just added a lot of new file extensions to my Rules under options. I would like to now have these on another computer. Are these kept in a file somewhere where I can just copy them to my other machine? Is there a way to export them and import them?

This would be easier than creating them all over again on the new machine.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can Import and Export settings using the Tools|Export Settings and Tools|Import Settings commands in the Folder Viewer.
