Hi guys,

Just hit a little glitch on Linux - if you compare folders outside of your home directory (eg. something like under /var/log or someplace like that), and then click the "Browse for Folder" button, you get an error box:

"/{current-folder-base}" is not a subdirectory of "/{homedir}".
{a list of 7 hex numbers}

I first got this when I went to another location on an NFS store, and started Cirrus to compare 2 subdirs and then clicked the button, but the I also tried just running Cirrus from my homedir, and then using Folder Compare and browsing up the filetree for a different location, comparing 2 folders there, and then pressing the "Browse for Folder" button.

This is obviously broken, but using the "Up One Level" allows me to get around from within the session, so it's no more than an annoyance :)

Steve,

Thanks for the bug report. I reproduced this on a test system here with Cirrus Linux build 442. I'll add it to our bug list to be fixed.
