The Specs settings specify the files to be merged.
1.While in a Text Merge session, choose Session | Session Settings to open the Session Settings dialog.
2.Click the Specs page.
3.The Left file box shows left-pane file.
4.The Right file box shows right-pane file.
5.The Center folder box shows center-pane file.
6.Choose a Merge to radio button to define the destination file of the merge results.
7.In the Description box, type any text you want to identify the session.
