1.Choose Tools | File Formats 
(Beyond Compare | File Formats on macOS) to open the File Formats dialog.
2.Select a table format.
3.Click the Regional page.
4.Select the Use system checkbox to use your system's Regional Settings. Otherwise, choose the Decimal separator and Thousands separator to be used when interpreting numeric fields.
